In compliance with PPACA, effective January 1, 2011, certain over-the-counter items are no longer reimbursable under an FSA, unless you have a prescription from your physician.
The list is extremely excessive and arduous to look over, so we have decided to partner with FSAstore, an online store that lists every possible over-the-counter item and tells you whether or not the item is still eligible or if you need a prescription for the item to be eligible. You also have the ability to buy items online and have them shipped directly to your home, without doing laps around the aisles at your local grocery store or pharmacy trying to figure out whether certain items are eligible or ineligible.

Accessing FSAstore through our website grants you eligibility for future discounts and coupons. If you have obtained a prescription from your doctor, Tylenol for example, we will keep the prescription on file and process the paper receipts as they are submitted.
